Soya Chunks Fry (Soya Kola Urundai / Meal maker Fry)

       Hello... I hope all are aware of the protein-rich Soya chunks....Right ..!! With soya chunks you can make a healthy food for your family. It is good to take soya chunks in your everyday diet. So I thought of making this delicious and healthy Soya Chunks Fry....

      You can serve Soya Chunks Fry as appetizer, snack or as side with Biryani.




Prep time: 10 mins    Cook time: 15 mins    Serves: 2

Ingredients
  • 2 cup Soya Chunks (Cooked)
  • 2 Pearl Onions
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (Chopped)
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Procedure
1. Take the cooked soya chunks in a mixer grinder and grind it.

                                
             
2. Add all ingredients except oil and grind it coarsely.



3. Take the soya mixture in a bowl and divide them into 2cm balls.






4. Heat oil in a kadai and fry the balls in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. 

                             

5. Serve soya chunks fry with any chutney or ketchup of your choice.
